Wicks sports bar and grill is a combonation of a diner sports bar and grill, meaning there will be a bar, a dining area, and a bunch of tv's to watch sports this will be useful because sports are very popular throughout the world so meaning it attracts a lot of people. I put the diner in because not everyone likes to watch sports like that, so there is places for people to sit and get settled in, and later if they want to get changed to a different part of the restaurant they can no problem. .
In this restaurant there will be a 5star kitchen with 3 of the most skilled chefs out there. I have a staff of 5 waitors, 5 busmen,and 3 bartenders, 2 for upstairs 1 for downstairs. The approach to the menu was easy. We had no interest in trying to reinvent food. We went with choices that were popular catering requests — basic, down-home style — just from a wide range of regions. We are known for our generous portions of BBQ, Southern meals, plus a touch of everysauce you can think of. We believe in the commitment to our community and in fostering long term relationships with local farmers and fishermen.
